1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as an affiliate or using any affiliate links, banners, or tools provided by Newest Deal (“we”, “our”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not participate in the program.

2. Eligibility

- Must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

- Provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date personal and payment information.

- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.

3. Affiliate Obligations

- Accurate Promotion: Use only approved marketing materials, links, and disclosures.

- Compliance: Follow FTC, GDPR, and other relevant advertising & privacy guidelines.

- No Misrepresentation: Do not claim any relationship with Newest Deal beyond that of an independent affiliate.

- Prohibited Activities: No spamming, false advertising, trademark infringement, or use of prohibited traffic sources.

4. Commission & Payments

- Earning Structure: Commissions are earned on qualifying sales, leads, or actions as defined in the program details.

- Tracking: Unique affiliate IDs and cookies/pixels track referrals.

- Payment Threshold: Minimum payout amount is based affililate program terms.

- Payment Schedule: Payments issued monthly or quarterly via PayPal, bank transfer, etc. after verification.

- Withholding: We may withhold taxes or deductions as required by law.

5. Termination

- Either party may terminate with days written notice.

- Immediate termination for breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity.

- Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

- All content, logos, and materials provided to affiliates remain the property of Newest Deal site.

- Affiliates may use them only as authorized and must credit appropriately.

7. Limitation of Liability

- Newest Deal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate relationship.

- Total liability is limited to the total commissions paid to the Affiliate in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification

Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Newest Deal, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from:

- Breach of these Terms.

- Misrepresentation or unlawful promotion.

- Violation of third‑party rights.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

- These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America.

- Disputes shall be resolved amicably if unresolved, they will be settled in the courts of Jurisdiction.

10. Privacy (Affiliate Data)

Your personal data as an affiliate is handled according to our link‑to‑affiliate‑privacy‑policy.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Affiliate and Newest Deal regarding the affiliate program, superseding any prior oral or written communications.
